Launched on October 29, the campaign adds a quirky, spooky twist to the season with a series of digital-first short films that blend horror, humour, and hunger in a fun, high-energy narrative. Targeted at Gen Z and young working professionals, the campaign reimagines everyday hunger moments as hilariously frightening experiences — turning “hunger” into a villain you’ll actually want to defeat.
The two films capture relatable scenarios — from late-night work sessions to endless study hours — where hunger strikes unexpectedly, all presented through a horror-inspired, tongue-in-cheek storytelling style that fits perfectly with the Halloween spirit. Released across YouTube, Instagram, and OTT pre-rolls, the campaign reflects Big Bowl’s youthful, digital-first personality.
With meals starting at just ₹129, Big Bowl continues to position itself as a value-driven brand offering both Indian and Chinese bowls that combine flavour, convenience, and comfort. The campaign’s tagline, “Smash Your Hunger with Big Bowl,” captures this ethos — bold, fun, and now, eerily relatable.
Adding a visual twist, Big Bowl also introduced a new packaging design featuring astronauts and aliens — a playful metaphor that “hunger exists across the universe, but there’s only one solution: Big Bowl.”

The larger rollout includes interactive social media challenges and influencer collaborations under the hashtag #SmashYourHungerChallenge, encouraging users to share their funniest or scariest “hunger moments.” Alongside, the brand is introducing new additions to its Indian and Chinese bowls lineup as part of its festive expansion.
Strengthened by its growing consumer base and nationwide reach, Big Bowl is on track to cross the ₹150 crore ARR mark this financial year.
