Bengaluru: Blissclub, an apparel brand built for Indian women, has announced two strategic leadership appointments to power its next phase of growth. Kshitij Torka joins as Chief Business Officer, while Sushma R Rao steps in as Head of Marketing. These moves underscore the brand’s ambition to scale operations, deepen community connections, and expand its leadership in the activewear category.
As Chief Business Officer, Kshitij Torka will lead business strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth. He brings extensive experience from senior roles at Grofers/Blinkit and The Boston Consulting Group, where he played a pivotal role in driving expansion, brand building, and operational transformation.
Meanwhile, Sushma R Rao joins from Mullen Lintas Pvt Ltd, where she spearheaded brand strategy across marquee accounts including Tata Tea and GRT Jewellers. At Blissclub, she will drive brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative excellence to fuel the brand’s community-first approach.
