New Delhi: Ceuticoz, a medical-grade skincare brand that dermatologists trust, is delighted to announce the appointment of Arvin Mondal as Head of Marketing, effective 10th October 2025. As part of his mandate, Arvin will oversee efforts to grow Ceuticoz’s presence across customer touchpoints while strengthening the brand’s evidence-based and clinically proven reputation.
With a focus on leveraging the trust that Ceuticoz has with dermatologists, Arvin will drive defined marketing strategies and plans for retail and e-commerce to the customers in a way that delivers a cohesive, high-quality brand experience. He will also take the lead in education and awareness initiatives on skin health led by dermatologists in various regions,
Arvin will also lead the global charge in regional marketing and branding for Ceuticoz in the UK, EU, GCC, and Southeast Asia, with specific campaigns and tailored product launches catering to specific skin concerns. In the next 3 years, he aims to make Ceuticoz a trusted, global, evidence-based skincare brand with a strong presence across various channels and an enhanced product portfolio.
Ceuticoz is projected to achieve revenues of ₹50 Cr in FY 2025–26 and grow its revenues to ₹150–200 Cr by FY 2029–30 (30–35% CAGR). The company achieved its highest monthly sales in history at ₹4 Cr in Nov-Dec 2024, and is already operating in over 10 countries abroad, including Canada, Kenya, and South Africa. Ceuticoz is preparing for launches in the USA, UAE and Saudi Arabia with a goal of 25+ countries by FY 2030.
