Mumbai: Kinnect and 22feet Tribal have announced the appointment of Chandni Shah as Chief Executive Officer. She previously served as Founder & COO at Kinnect and has been associated with the agency for over 14 years.
Shah announced her new role on LinkedIn, outlining a clear and disciplined growth vision for the agencies. She wrote, “I’ve always believed that how you grow matters more than how fast you grow.
As I step into the role of CEO at Kinnect and 22feet Tribal, one of my first decisions has been a simple one, but not an easy one.
I’m done with serial pitching.
This year, we will onboard only five new clients.
We believe in long-term brand building, and so want to be extremely mindful who we partner with.
We want to be able to showcase real impact and make sure that creativity becomes a business multiplier.
And once we bring them onboard, we go all in.
All heart.
This isn’t about trading growth. We remain deeply ambitious about what we want to achieve this year. But we’re equally committed to protecting the kind of growth that lasts.
I don’t want to add logos to a slide. I want to genuinely move brands forward.
Our commitment is simple: Deliver our best thinking, our best energy, and the very best of Kinnect and 22feet to the brands who trust us, both the ones who’ve built with us, and the five we partner to build next with.
Sometimes discipline is the most ambitious move you can make.”
With over a decade and a half of industry experience, Shah has built deep expertise across advertising, marketing communications, digital marketing, creative strategy, brand architecture, media planning, integrated marketing, brand management, online advertising, digital media, corporate branding and digital strategy.
Prior to joining Kinnect, she worked with JWT India in client servicing and began her career at Percept H in 2009.
Her elevation to CEO signals a new phase for Kinnect and 22feet Tribal, with a sharpened focus on sustainable growth, long-term partnerships and measurable business impact driven by creativity.
