Cheil India & Samsung unveil AI laundry campaign starring Nimrat Kaur & Ira Dubey

New Delhi: Samsung has unveiled its latest innovation, the Bespoke AITM Laundry washing machine, through a new campaign designed by Cheil India, featuring Nimrat Kaur and Ira Dubey. The campaign humorously highlights how Samsung’s AI-powered laundry technology takes the stress out of washing clothes, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience.

The Bespoke AITM Laundry machine is equipped with a spacious 12kg drum and an advanced 5-step AI sensing technology, which automatically adjusts wash cycles based on fabric softness, soil level, detergent needs, and load size. The result? A perfectly tailored wash that minimizes effort, extends fabric life, and saves time.

Samsung’s AI Wash technology is the hero of the campaign, intelligently recognizing different fabric types and their care needs—just like in relationships, where every person requires a unique approach. The film creatively showcases how Samsung’s AI Wash takes away the hassle of deciding the right settings, making laundry effortless.

Saurav Katyal, Senior Director at Samsung India, explained, “At Samsung, we innovate with our consumers’ evolving lifestyles in mind. With Bespoke AITM Laundry, we’re addressing the need for a precise wash solution that eliminates guesswork—transforming laundry into a seamless task and giving people more time for things that matter.”

The campaign film takes a fresh, lighthearted approach, featuring Nimrat Kaur as the relaxed, tech-savvy user and Ira Dubey as the overthinker, struggling to figure out the perfect wash settings. Nimrat, effortlessly loading clothes into the Bespoke AITM Laundry, showcases how AI does the thinking for you—simplifying an otherwise tedious household chore.

The creative team at Cheil India has crafted an engaging, relatable narrative that positions Bespoke AITM Laundry as the go-to solution for hassle-free washing.
