New Delhi: DDB Tribal, the full-service, through-the-funnel agency of the DDB Mudra Group based in Gurugram, has announced the appointment of Anusheela Saha as Creative Head. She joins the agency from FCB India, where she served as National Creative Director, driving creative strategies, mentoring teams, and delivering impactful work with emotional depth.
With over two decades of industry experience, Anusheela has shaped brand storytelling at leading agencies including Cheil and FCB India. Her career is distinguished not just by award-winning work but also by personal milestones—she took on her leadership role at FCB as a new mother, a rare achievement in the advertising industry.
Her creative portfolio blends innovation with social impact, with notable campaigns such as ‘UnBox Me’, which addressed gender identity in children and sparked meaningful dialogue. She has collaborated with a wide array of brands, including Unilever, KFC, Mahindra Automobiles, Uber, Google, Samsung, UN AIDS, and Times of India. Her work has been recognized at prestigious platforms such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio Awards, Spikes Asia, and Kyoorius.
Anusheela will report to Rahul Mathew, Chief Creative Officer, DDB Mudra Group, and succeeds Iraj Fraz, who transitions into a new role within the company.

Speaking on the appointment, Rahul Mathew said, “Over the last few years, we’ve seen DDB Tribal grow stronger and confident as an agency. And Anusheela will help take this growth into its next phase. She shares a lot of the same values that we hold dear, especially when it comes to big ideas and craft. And with the exciting brands that we have in the agency, I look forward to working with her to create work that’s just as exciting.”
Expressing her enthusiasm, Anusheela Saha added, “I am very excited to be a part of DDB Tribal. For me DDB is the perfect alignment of culture, creative vision, and leadership. I look forward to helping Rahul take this incredible legacy forward and also building a successful partnership with Ashutosh and the entire team at DDB Tribal.”
Beyond her professional commitments, Anusheela is passionate about nurturing plants and curating art by women and queer artists, reflecting her belief in creativity both within and outside the workplace.
