New Delhi : DJ Paroma, one of the top female DJ’s in India, has bagged the prestigious award for the Best Female DJ Category for corporate events and weddings. DJ Paroma has been supremely entertaining and is known for making parties and events so much livelier, as she ensures that the music played matches the taste of the crowd, which is present at the event. Her timing, sense of music, presence of mind and a good taste and understanding of music has led to her win at the prestigious WOW Awards 2018.
This is the tenth edition of the WOW Awards, and hence it is also known as the WOW Decade Awards. There is usually a Platinum, Silver and Bronze category, but this time DJ Paroma is the whole and sole winner under this category. The award was felicitated by Mr. Shaji George, MD, Showtech.
Commenting on the win, DJ Paroma said, “I cannot express how overwhelmed I am on receiving this award. I would like to thank the Jury and fans from the bottom of my heart, for honoring me with such a prestigious award. This is extremely motivating as I have experienced a journey of ups and downs, when I had no clue if I’d be able to pull this off successfully. From being an airhostess to a well -known DJ in the industry today, I must have done something really good to do justice to my current profession. I will give full credit to all my supporters, and my fans, who have made this day possible.”

The WOW Awards 10th Edition was held in New Delhi, Aerocity, between 28th – 30th June 2018. WOW Awards is the region’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, Live Entertainment and Wedding Industry.
