Mumbai: Edelweiss Asset Management (Edelweiss MF/EMF/EAMC) has appointed Ankit Singhania as the Head of Passive Business, marking a key strategic move as the company intensifies its focus on the rapidly evolving passive investment landscape.
Ankit brings over 14 years of experience across product research, development, and sales in the mutual fund industry. In his new role, he will report to Deepak Jain, President and Sales Head, Edelweiss Asset Management, and will lead the expansion and innovation of Edelweiss’s passive product portfolio.
Previously, Ankit was Head–Passives at UTI Mutual Fund and has held leadership roles at HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon Life AMC, and PGIM India Mutual Fund. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Ankit’s expertise and market insight are expected to play a vital role in shaping Edelweiss’s passive strategy going forward.
