Pune: EMotorad has launched its fourth ad film featuring brand ambassador MS Dhoni, who appears in a new coach avatar. The campaign aims to inspire parents to adopt smarter, safer, and more sustainable mobility solutions for their children’s daily commute.
The latest film positions Dhoni as a relatable, no-nonsense coach guiding families towards eco-friendly and cost-effective e-cycle travel—whether it’s for school, tuition, or extracurricular activities. It blends EMotorad’s ethos of “e-cycles made for every ride” with a timely message for parents to rethink their children’s urban commuting choices.
“As a father, I want the best for my daughter, safety, independence, and a sustainable future. With EMotorad, I’m confident that we’re making the right choice for their commutes, and for the environment they’ll inherit,” said MS Dhoni.
According to Ministry of Road Transport and Highways data, over 10,000 minors lost their lives in road accidents in 2023. EMotorad believes app-enabled, controlled-speed e-cycles can help reduce such risks while fostering sustainable commuting habits early. A single EMotorad e-cycle, used for a 10 km daily commute, can save over 300 litres of petrol annually and cut nearly 700 kg of carbon emissions per user.
“With this campaign, we’re speaking to parents as much as we are to the next generation of riders,” said Kunal Gupta, Co-founder & CEO of EMotorad. “Parents want their children to have independence, but also safety, affordability, and sustainability. Dhoni’s trusted voice brings that balance to life, helping families see that EMotorad isn’t just a cycle, it’s a smarter mobility decision for their child’s future.”
This fourth collaboration with Dhoni marks a shift in EMotorad’s storytelling. While earlier campaigns focused on performance and lifestyle, the new film emphasizes parental reassurance and everyday convenience. The campaign reinforces EMotorad’s presence across 250+ cities in India and supports its projected 60% YoY growth in FY 2026, driven by rising urban mobility demand and continuous product innovation.
