Mumbai: Enalytix, an AI-powered video analytics platform, has announced the successful deployment of its Video Management Solution (VMS) across more than 100 workstations for fashion brand Mufti, spanning both warehouses and retail stores. The collaboration aims to tackle e-commerce fraud, order disputes, and operational inefficiencies by providing verifiable video proof of every shipment.
In today’s high-volume, low-margin e-commerce ecosystem, brands face mounting challenges in monitoring shipments and managing disputes related to returns, damages, or courier pilferage. Enalytix’s VMS addresses this by automating video recordings of order packing and unpacking, each tagged with its respective AWB number and securely stored in the cloud.
At warehouses, the CCTV-enabled system automatically triggers video capture for forward and return orders at packing stations, ensuring every shipment is documented and retrievable through the Enalytix dashboard. In stores, staff use the Enalytix mobile app to scan packages and initiate recordings, making all in-store shipments traceable and verifiable.
Rajul Tandon, CEO and Founder, Enalytix, said, “We are excited to work with a forward-looking brand like Mufti that placed its trust in us and chose to build a long-term partnership. Their commitment to operational excellence makes them an ideal collaborator for scalable, tech-enabled solutions. The easily integrated solution has been swiftly adopted by Mufti’s store and warehouse teams, enabling the company to resolve e-commerce disputes faster and strengthen brand credibility with both marketplaces and customers.”
Manish Agarwal, AVP IT and E-commerce at Mufti, added, “As our e-commerce volumes grew, we needed a reliable system to verify and trace every shipment. Enalytix’s solution has added a layer of transparency that’s proving to be both efficient and impactful.”
With this deployment, Enalytix further strengthens its footprint across retail, QSR, and D2C sectors, reinforcing its vision of building a video-first layer of trust across supply chains.
