The film captures heartfelt moments of transformation—depicting the journey from uncertainty and nervous anticipation to the joy and dignity of employment. Centered on real-life stories of perseverance and second chances, the narrative underscores Equitas SFB’s community-first philosophy and its efforts to create long-term socio-economic impact beyond core banking services.
Through its EDIT job fair platform, Equitas SFB organizes employment fairs across various regions, connecting unemployed youth from underprivileged backgrounds with recruiters across multiple industries. The bank has partnered with over 50 reputed recruiters to ensure fairness, transparency, and maximum credibility in the hiring process. Over the years, the initiative has helped generate livelihood opportunities and empowered thousands of individuals.
