Mumbai: Eros Innovation has announced its strategic entry into the education space with the launch of Eros AIVidya, a next-generation learning platform aimed at re-skilling and empowering the creative arts industry through ethically trained artificial intelligence. Designed as a modern-day Gurukul for the AI era, AIVidya brings together creativity, culture and technology to help learners become AI-augmented filmmakers, actors, writers, musicians and digital creators.
The initiative will leverage Eros GenAI models that are trained ethically on licensed content, proprietary intellectual property and culturally grounded datasets. Built on the philosophy of AI for creative expression, not replacement, the platform focuses on responsible and transparent AI adoption while preserving creative rights and artistic integrity.
Eros AIVidya will offer hands-on training across key creative disciplines including film direction and screenwriting, acting and performance augmentation, music composition and voice synthesis, virtual production and VFX, immersive storytelling, and ethical AI governance. The curriculum is aligned with real-world industry workflows, preparing learners for opportunities across cinema, OTT platforms, music, gaming, animation and immersive media.
As part of its first on-ground implementation, Eros Innovation has partnered with Achariya Educational Public Trust, which administers institutions affiliated with Pondicherry University. Under this collaboration, a Centre for Ethical AI & Creative Technologies will be established at the Achariya campus. The centre will house AI compute labs powered by Eros GenAI models, virtual production and immersive studios, music and performance AI labs, faculty development programmes, industry masterclasses and live projects, with academic governance led by Achariya institutions and curriculum and AI infrastructure driven by Eros AIVidya.

Sharing the vision behind the initiative, Ridhima Lulla, Co-Founder, Eros Innovation, said, “Eros AIVidya represents our belief that the future of education lies at the intersection of creativity, ethics, and technology. Through ethically trained Eros GenAI models and strong academic partnerships like Achariya, we are building a new pathway for creators to thrive in the AI era – without compromising values, rights, or artistic integrity.”
Commenting on the partnership, Dr. J. Arawindhan, Managing Director, Achariya Group of Educational Institutions, said, “This partnership with Eros Innovation enables us to establish an Immersive AI and Ethical Technology Centre at Achariya, integrating artificial intelligence and industry-led training into our academic ecosystem. Eros Innovation’s leadership in ethical AI and creative technologies gives this initiative strong industry relevance, and reflects our commitment to world-class education and preparing students with future-ready skills.”
Envisioned as a scalable national and global model, Eros AIVidya plans to expand across institutions, disciplines and regions, supporting India’s ambition to become a global hub for ethical, culturally rooted and industry-ready creative AI talent.
