Mumbai: Flam, the AI infrastructure startup, has appointed Arun Kumar Rajendran as its new AVP of Marketing, reinforcing the company’s growth engine with a leader known for strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a strong blend of Sales and Marketing
At Flam, Arun will lead performance strategy and growth initiatives, elevating the company’s presence across India and global markets. He will also drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product, and analytics teams, building a unified growth engine focused on consistency, measurement, and long-term impact.
Arun brings extensive expertise in performance marketing, digital campaigns, content systems, analytics, account management, presales, and sales enablement. He has previously led teams at brands like Paytm, Flipkart, and Razorpay, driving digital marketing, performance initiatives, and communication strategies.
