Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has stepped down from board amid Elon Musk’s $44 billion acquisition deal.
The company had made an announcement earlier stating that he would remain a part of the Twitter board “until his term expires at the 2022 meeting of stockholders.”
There were also rumors of his rejoining as Twitter CEO but he has put an end to the speculations.
