Fossil’s Paul Ruban joins Timex as Brand Head and Vice President

Watch brand Timex has appointed Paul Ruban as its new Brand Head and Vice President. He previously worked at Fossil Group as Director – Planning, APAC and EMEA. 

As he embarks on a new journey with Timex, Ruban expressed his gratefulness to Fossil Group on his LinkedIn handle. He shared, “After15 years of learning, growth and remarkable experiences, I left Fossil in Feb 2024 and looking forward to my next! I’m grateful for the opportunities and career development that this organization provided me! I’m proud to be part of the exceptional team we’ve built here, both at Fossil India and Fossil Global Business Services. My heartfelt thanks to each and every person who supported me during my time here. I’ll always treasure the memories of the early stages of building the business from the ground up and what we have accomplished. I’ve made many great friends, thanks to all my colleagues and business partners for the wonderful camaraderie. Thank you so much for all those farewells #fossil #fossilindia.”

Prior to Timex, Ruban associated with Fossil Group between 2008 and 2024. His career spanned over 15 years in Fossil. He played various senior roles in marketing and sales at the company. Before his stint with Fossil, Ruban worked for Li and Fung (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Merchandise Manager. His tenure at the company covered from 2004 to 2008. Ruban’s career began since 2002. 

With over 21 years of experience, Ruban has expertise in Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product and Merchandise across diverse brands and categories. He also has proven track record in formulating Go-To-Market strategies, enhancing sales, brand, and customer experience, and developing effective brand, marketing, and product strategies.

Ruban holds degree in Executive MBA, General Management, Marketing and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management. He also completed Master of Foreign Trade at Loyola College.
