Bengaluru: foundit, a jobs and talent platform, has unveiled its second brand film featuring Jasprit Bumrah, following his Player of the Tournament performance at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

The latest film builds on the platform’s ongoing ‘Boss Aaj Kal’ campaign, reinforcing the idea that when employees have access to the right opportunities, workplace dynamics naturally shift in their favour. Using humour and a relatable office setting, the campaign highlights the subtle confidence that comes from having career choices.

Titled ‘Boss Aaj Kal | Film 2 | Jasprit Bumrah x foundit’, the film captures how professionals, empowered with better opportunities, command greater respect and control in workplace situations. Bumrah’s presence symbolises this shift, drawing a parallel between his match-winning impact on the field and the confidence job seekers gain through the platform.

The brand film will be distributed across digital and social media platforms, further strengthening foundit’s positioning as a platform that empowers professionals with choice, confidence, and career mobility.
