Bengaluru: foundit, a talent platform, has announced the appointment of Binita Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Binita will lead the Finance & Accounts division across all regions, playing a strategic role in shaping the company’s financial vision and supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, Binita brings deep financial and strategic acumen across sectors such as tech, SaaS, and digital platforms. She has held leadership roles at AppsForBharat (SriMandir), Headout, and HungerBox, and began her career at Goldman Sachs and EY. Her expertise spans finance, compliance, investor relations, and business strategy—making her a strong addition to the executive leadership team.

In her previous roles, Binita played an instrumental part in building scalable financial systems, supporting global fundraising initiatives, and managing high-growth expansions. Her experience across key global markets—including the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia—will be critical in supporting foundit’s cross-border operations and financial resilience.
