New York: The One Club for Creativity has announced that four young creatives from India are among the 120 entrants across 30 countries shortlisted for Next Creative Leaders (NCL) 2025, a free global competition celebrating women and non-binary creatives on the rise.
Now in its 10th year, Next Creative Leaders was launched in partnership with The 3% Movement as the industry’s only free portfolio competition that identifies, celebrates, and provides a global platform for women, non-binary, and trans creatives making an impact with their work and reimagining creative leadership.
The four shortlisted creatives from India are:
- Samyu Murali, Creative, Talented, Bengaluru
- Shrishti Vajpai, Freelance Art Director and Senior Designer, New Delhi
- Drishti Chikhal, Group Head, Punt Creative, Mumbai
- Tanvi Shah, Freelance Creative and Senior Copywriter, Bengaluru
Entries were judged by a global jury of 39 top creatives from 21 countries, evaluating both creative excellence and contributions to advancing diversity, mentoring, and advocacy within the industry.
Winners will be announced on November 4, 2025, based on the highest jury scores. In addition to global winners, the program will also honor regional winners across APAC, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and North America.
A special virtual winners’ celebration will take place on November 6, 2025, featuring discussions with judges and winners.
Each NCL winner will receive:
- A one-year complimentary individual membership with The One Club for Creativity
- Opportunities to serve on juries of One Club award programs
- A complimentary ticket to a One Club professional development conference (valued at $1,000+)
- Showcasing of their work across The One Club’s platforms and partner media
Branding for NCL 2025 has been designed by Du Nieto (he/they), NCL 2021 winner and lead designer at Revolut, with the typeface Romie Light Italic donated by Margot Lévêque Studio, New York.
