Mumbai: Francesca Hills has been elevated to the role of Chief Client Officer at PHD, marking the next chapter in her leadership journey at the agency.
Announcing the move in a LinkedIn post, Hills said: “I’m happy to share I’m stepping into the Chief Client Officer role at PHD! A big thank you to all of my colleagues and clients who have backed me along the way. I’m very excited for the next chapter.”
Prior to this appointment, Hills served as PHD Global President and Omnicom Global Client Lead for Diageo, a role she held since October 2022, overseeing one of the network’s most strategically significant global accounts within the Omnicom ecosystem.
Before joining PHD, Hills spent over seven years at OMD EMEA, where she led the Omnicom–Mercedes-Benz relationship, served as Global Lead for Google Marketing, and acted as Account Director for the Luxottica Group portfolio, handling marquee brands including Ray-Ban, Vogue Eyewear and Sunglass Hut.
Earlier in her career, she also held roles at Carat and Mindshare, building a strong foundation in media strategy and client leadership.
An experienced agency leader, Hills brings a demonstrated history of working across multiple verticals in the marketing and advertising industry. Known for her deep expertise in media craft and passion for talent development, she is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening PHD’s global client partnerships and driving long-term value in her new role.
