Bengaluru: Fyno, an enterprise-grade communication control hub, has announced the appointment of Ali Lightwalla as its Vice President – Sales & Partnerships. In this role, Ali will spearhead Fyno’s go-to-market strategy, strengthen its presence in the BFSI sector, and forge long-term strategic alliances.
With over 22 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and business development across financial services and enterprise technology, Ali brings deep expertise in emerging technologies and global enterprise needs. His strong track record in driving customer engagement, fostering partnerships, and leading digital transformation initiatives positions him to accelerate Fyno’s next growth phase.
Prior to joining Fyno, Ali was with Gupshup, where he played a pivotal role in boosting customer engagement and platform adoption. At IDEMIA, as AGM – Digital Sales, he led multiple digital transformation initiatives, while his tenure at Broadcom as Account Director – BFSI deepened his enterprise technology sales expertise. Earlier, at Oracle Financial Services Software, Ali served as Area Director – Banking Sales (West & North India), driving impactful strategies for the banking sector. His earlier experience at Ernst & Young’s subsidiary C Centric strengthened his CRM strategy and customer engagement expertise.
