Delhi: Grey India has announced the appointment of Nikhil Guha as Executive Creative Director and Mahima Kukreja as Group Creative Director, underscoring the agency’s commitment to building on its legacy of “famously effective” ideas and shaping its next phase of creative excellence.
Guha rejoins Grey from Leo Burnett, returning to the agency where he began his career. With over 17 years of experience, his body of work has earned more than 50 awards across prestigious shows, including a Cannes Lion and a Grand Prix for Good at the APAC Effies. Based in Delhi, Guha has previously held leadership roles at McCann, Havas, Publicis, Contract, and Leo Burnett. He is widely recognised for creating ideas that resonate with juries and deliver strong business impact.
On his new role, Guha said: “I’m thrilled to return to Grey, because it’s where I started my career. I’m even more excited to work with a CCO like Harsh. With his mentorship, I want to raise the level of the work I do and create famously effective ideas that shine on the global stage.”
Joining him is Mahima Kukreja, who will serve as Group Creative Director and collaborate closely with Grey India’s Chief Creative Officer Harsh Kapadia to accelerate the agency’s creative momentum. With 14 years of experience at leading agencies such as DDB, .Monks, and Ogilvy—where she spent seven years—Kukreja has worked with marquee brands including Mondelez, Tata, and Amazon. Her work spans digital films, social-first campaigns, and tech-driven storytelling, often integrating AI and emerging tools to help brands connect in culturally relevant and emotionally intelligent ways.
Her campaigns have delivered hundreds of millions of impressions and garnered national and international recognition, including Effies and multiple Kyoorius awards. In June this year, Kukreja was one of only 19 global participants selected for the prestigious Cannes Lions See It Be It program, which champions female leadership in creativity. She also served on the Spikes Asia 2025 jury for Digital Craft, Social & Influencer, and has previously been a D&AD juror.
Commenting on her appointment, Kukreja said: “I’m so excited to work under Harsh’s leadership and create culture-defining work across mediums. Grey has always stood for brave, impactful creativity, and I look forward to pushing ideas that are inclusive, innovative, and truly future-forward.”

Welcoming the new leaders, Harsh Kapadia, Chief Creative Officer, Grey India, said: “At Grey, we’re building a culture that thrives on brave, famously effective creativity. Nikhil and Mahima embody exactly that. Nikhil brings a sharp instinct for big ideas that move both people and business, while Mahima represents the new-age creative voice shaping how brands connect in culture. Together, they strengthen our Delhi leadership and add fuel to Grey India’s next chapter of creative excellence.”
The dual appointments signal Grey India’s sharpened focus on creative innovation, blending proven leadership with a new generation of forward-thinking ideas to drive its next wave of growth.
