Bengaluru: Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has announced the elevation of Hardik Goyal to the position of Founding Partner, in recognition of his decade-long contributions to the company. Having been associated with THV since its inception, Goyal has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision, mentoring emerging leaders, and steering its growth into India’s largest and most trusted hospitality player in the affordable segment.
In his new role, Goyal will continue as Chief Commercial Officer while taking on an expanded mandate that includes deepening THV’s presence in tier-2, 3, and 4 cities, accelerating hotel portfolio growth, and advancing technology-driven solutions under the Hotel Superhero brand. He will also work closely with the co-founder to shape the company’s long-term strategy, foster high-performing teams, and spearhead innovation in guest experience and operational efficiency.

Goyal’s tenure at THV has been marked by his role as CCO, overseeing all revenue-generating functions including brand direct sales, corporate sales, OTA sales, pricing, and revenue planning. His efforts in building sustainable demand systems and property-level performance models have been crucial in delivering consistent value to guests and partners.
