Mumbai: Havas has promoted Francois Laroze to Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), in addition to his current role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Since joining Havas in 2007, Francois has amassed extensive experience and a deep understanding of the Group’s business operations and core processes.
As COO of the newly listed company, Francois will work closely with the Group’s Executive Committee to ensure that the ambitious financial and operational goals disclosed to the market are achieved in both the short and medium term.
His key priorities will include:
- Driving solid organic growth through client retention, new business acquisition, and in-business development, in alignment with Havas’ Converged strategy.
- Strengthening profitability ratios by maintaining a strong focus on cost management and efficiency.
- Ensuring recurrent cash flow generation to support the Group’s long-term financial health.
With this elevation, Havas reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence, leveraging Francois’ financial expertise and strategic leadership to navigate an evolving global market.
