Havas India Launches CSA to Boost Data-Driven Marketing

In a significant strategic initiative to enhance its data-driven marketing capabilities, Havas India has officially launched CSA, the global technology, data, and analytics division of Havas. This move is designed to empower brands to leverage customer data more effectively and drive sustainable business growth.

As part of this initiative, Havas India has merged PivotConsult, the strategic consulting arm of PivotRoots, into CSA India. PivotConsult, which boasts a 55-member team, has a proven track record of delivering results for prestigious clients, including Kotak Bank, Bisleri, Wildcraft, Coca-Cola, and Samsung.

Gaurav Seth has been appointed as Managing Partner to lead CSA India’s operations, reporting to Shibu Shivanandan, CEO and founder of PivotRoots. Gaurav will be based in Mumbai.

CSA’s entry into the Indian market promises to blend global expertise with local insights, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients. By offering a holistic view of marketing performance, CSA aims to help brands maximize their return on investment, regardless of their current stage in data maturity.

Core Offerings of CSA India:

  • CSA Tech: A robust suite of digital tools and services designed to drive automation, streamline data consolidation, and facilitate digital transformation.
  • CSA Science: Proprietary tools and capabilities that prioritize measurement, ensuring that marketing efforts are both effective and data-driven.
  • CSA Consult: Clients will gain access to a global network of experts, providing strategic insights to accelerate their growth trajectories.

Gaurav Seth brings more than 20 years of experience in the digital advertising industry to his new role as Managing Partner of CSA India. He has worked exclusively on data led marketing solutions for the last 15 years, leading more than 300 projects for ad networks, agencies, and product companies, making him one of the most recognised faces in the industry and a subject matter expert. With experience working with marketers as well as publishers, agencies and advertising technology companies, Gaurav has a comprehensive understanding of the complete marketing ecosystem. In his past eight years with global data management product company, Lotame, Gaurav was responsible for building the business in India from scratch, leading it to become the most recognised data management platform and exchange in India.
