Delhi NCR: Hyland, the pioneer of The Content Innovation Cloud™, has announced the appointment of Kumaran Sasikanthan as Managing Director, India and Senior Vice President of Engineering. The appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in India as a key hub for innovation, engineering excellence and global collaboration.
With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise engineering and leadership, Sasikanthan is a seasoned software executive with a strong track record of scaling global engineering organisations. In his dual role, he will drive Hyland’s India operations while also leading the company’s global OnBase and Perceptive Content engineering teams.
The move is aimed at strengthening Hyland’s growth in India while advancing its global engineering strategy and innovation at scale.

Prior to joining Hyland, Sasikanthan served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Informatica, where he played a key role in strengthening distributed engineering teams and expanding leadership capabilities across India.
As part of Hyland’s executive leadership team, Sasikanthan will focus on advancing the growth and maturity of the company’s India operations, particularly in Kolkata and Hyderabad. His responsibilities will include attracting and developing top technical talent, strengthening engineering culture and leadership capability, and supporting the company’s global innovation roadmap.
