Mumbai: IB group owned Drools Pet Food Private Limited has elevated National Sales Director Shashank Sinha to the role of CEO.
Drools on their official LinkedIn page announced the appointment of Sinha and wrote, “A CEO should have a clear vision of how he wants to steer the business. One who is responsible for long term strategy and motivating employees to get the best out of them in sync with brand goals. An elated Sinha in his LinkedIn post said that he is truly happy to lead the fantastic Drools team. “Looking forward to contributing to the fast evolving pet care industry in India and globally. Thanks to all the veterinarians and channel partners in making Drools what it is today,” he added.
Sinha joined Drools’ parent company IB group in 2013 as Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for Pet Food division for East India, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Also responsible for Indian Sub- Continent business in Nepal, Bangladesh Sri Lanka and Bhutan through distributors and sub-distributors.
Prior to that he worked with organizations namely Mars, Thomson Reuters etc.
