Mumbai: The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Academy has unveiled its latest report, ‘AdNext: The AI Edition,’ at the Global Adda event during the ICAS Global Dialogues Summit in Mumbai. This in-depth study, conducted by Parallel HQ with support from Google and Games 24X7, explores AI’s transformative impact on advertising, particularly in the Indian market.

Bringing together insights from 27 leading industry experts, the report highlights the growing adoption of AI in advertising while emphasizing responsible integration, creativity augmentation, and consumer trust.

Key Insights from the Report:

🔹 AI as a Creative Partner – AI is seen as a tool that enhances, rather than replaces, human creativity.
🔹 Industry Adoption & Readiness – Digital-first brands are leading AI integration, while legacy sectors are innovating to keep pace.
🔹 Consumer Acceptance & Privacy – India’s consumers show a high level of openness to AI-driven advertising, positioning the country as a testbed for innovation.
🔹 Responsible AI Frameworks – The industry must implement governance measures to ensure ethical AI use and data transparency.
