New Delhi: Global cloud communications platform Infobip has announced a series of key leadership appointments, effective 1 January 2026, aimed at supporting the company’s rapid growth trajectory and accelerating innovation across its global operations.
The leadership changes include the promotion of several senior executives from within the organisation, underscoring Infobip’s commitment to nurturing internal talent while aligning leadership capabilities with its long-term strategic priorities.
As part of the announcement, Krešo Žmak has been appointed Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), a newly created role. In this position, Žmak will lead company-wide change initiatives, ensuring innovation efforts are closely aligned with business objectives. A significant focus of his mandate will be enabling and accelerating artificial intelligence adoption across Infobip’s product portfolio, supporting the company’s broader transformation into an AI-first organisation.
Ante Pamuković has been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through global alignment, innovation, and operational excellence. His priorities include leveraging automation powered by AI and strengthening go-to-market strategies to enhance value creation and customer experience worldwide.
In a further leadership development, Veselin Vuković has joined Infobip’s Board of Directors as Chief Alliances Officer. Vuković, who has been with Infobip since 2010 and assumed the Chief Alliances Officer role in January 2025, will now also oversee business operations at the board level, with responsibilities spanning governance, strategy, and key operational decisions.
Additionally, Igor Dvoršak has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In his expanded role, Dvoršak will oversee all Vice President-level General Managers to streamline organisational structure and enhance regional coordination. He will also take charge of Strategy Development and Market Intelligence, enabling a more integrated, insight-driven approach to operational excellence and regional execution.
