Mumbai: Infomo Digital Media Private Limited has announced the appointment of Animesh Kumar as Chief Executive Officer – India. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, media consulting, and tech-driven advertising, Animesh will be at the helm of Infomo’s growth and innovation agenda in India, while also contributing to its global expansion.
In his new role, Animesh Kumar will lead the company’s efforts in developing next-generation, AI-powered, privacy-compliant advertising solutions tailored for agencies, enterprises, and SMEs. His appointment marks a significant step in Infomo’s ambition to scale its AdTech capabilities in key markets.

Animesh brings with him a rich legacy of digital leadership. In his previous role as Agency Business Leader at Google, he was instrumental in driving strategic collaborations with WPP, leading joint business planning and accelerating mutual growth. Prior to that, as Chief Growth Officer at Digital Castle, he played a key role in establishing a global B2B agency operations model and launching bhaktvatsal.com, a faith-tech initiative.
He also held prominent leadership roles at WPP, including CEO of Neo Media World, where he championed ROI-focused digital strategies across programmatic, display, affiliate, and search. His international experience spans stints as Head of Digital at Mindshare Vietnam and Managing Director of Mindshare Malaysia, where his data-led innovations earned multiple global accolades.
