Mumbai: Inspira Realty, one of Mumbai’s fastest-growing real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Om Ahuja as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The move marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy as it expands its footprint across premium residential, redevelopment, and industrial real estate segments.
With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Om Ahuja brings cross-sectoral leadership experience across real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, banking, financial services, and wealth management. Known for his ability to scale businesses, drive profitability, and deliver complex, large-scale projects, Om is set to lead Inspira Realty through its next phase of growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Inspira Realty, Om served as Managing Director – Mumbai at Colliers, where he successfully led strategic growth initiatives and strengthened the firm’s market position. His past leadership roles include Group CEO at Mfar Holdings, COO – Residential at K Raheja Corp, CEO – Residential at Brigade Group, and CEO – Residential India at JLL, where he built the residential business from the ground up into a market leader. His financial acumen and experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients stem from his previous roles at YES Bank, Emkay Global, and Merrill Lynch.
An accomplished Chartered Accountant, Om has also undergone advanced management training at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad, and is widely recognized for his strategic thinking, operational excellence, and ability to drive innovation in the real estate sector.
