New Delhi: IOS Sports & Entertainment has unveiled a vibrant new logo to mark its 20th anniversary, commemorating a legacy of two decades dedicated to championing Indian athletes and redefining sports marketing in the country.
Founded in 2005 by former national squash player Neerav Tomar and industrialist Sanjeev Khandelwal, IOS has grown into a powerhouse representing over 150 elite athletes and partnering with more than 500 leading brands. The new logo features the number ‘20’ in dynamic gradient colors, symbolizing the diverse sporting disciplines supported by IOS, paired with sleek modern typography and the tagline ‘SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT’ along with the years ‘2005 – 2025’.
“When we started IOS twenty years ago, we had a vision to revolutionize sports management in India,” said Neerav Tomar, Managing Director and CEO. “This new logo represents not just our journey, but the evolution of sports management in India. The vibrant colors symbolize the diversity of talent we represent, while the modern design reflects our forward-thinking approach.”
IOS played a pivotal role in commercializing Olympic sports in India, beginning with boxing icon Vijender Singh, who was signed in the company’s founding year. Over the years, IOS has managed sporting greats including Suresh Raina, Ishant Sharma, Lovlina Borgohain, Mirabai Chanu, Saina Nehwal, Geeta Phogat, Ishan Kishan, and Manika Batra, among others.
“My journey with IOS began when they were just starting out, and we’ve grown together over these 20 years,” said Vijender Singh, Olympic Bronze Medallist. “They believed in me when Olympic sports athletes had limited commercial opportunities in India. IOS didn’t just manage my career; they transformed how India sees Olympic athletes.”

Beyond athlete management, IOS has formed strategic alliances with key sports bodies such as the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), Athletics Federation of India (AFI), Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), and the Weightlifting Federation of India, offering a full spectrum of services—from sponsorship consulting to event operations.
In cricket, IOS led operational strategy for the Gujarat Lions IPL franchise, delivering end-to-end execution, including sponsorship activation, hospitality, production, branding, and merchandise.
The company also bridges sports with entertainment, executing brand integrations in acclaimed Bollywood films such as Mary Kom, Toofaan, and Rock On, underscoring its multi-dimensional capabilities across platforms.
The new logo will roll out across all IOS platforms starting May 27, 2025, kicking off a series of celebratory initiatives throughout the year. These events will honor the company’s achievements, its athlete partnerships, and its influential role in shaping India’s modern sports ecosystem.
