IPREX strengthens global network with new partner agencies across Europe, North America and APAC

Boulder: IPREX has entered 2026 on a strong growth trajectory, expanding its global communications network with the addition of new partner agencies across key international markets in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. The expansion reflects sustained demand in 2025 for IPREX’s collaborative network model and leadership development-led approach.

The network has welcomed Aurai Consulting in Milan, Bear Icebox Communications in Chicago, and Magnitude of Change in Las Vegas as new partners, strengthening its presence in Italy and the United States. In Asia Pacific, IPREX has also onboarded Talking Point Communications in India as the inaugural participant in its Cohort Program—a structured pathway designed for prospective agencies entering the network.

Commenting on the expansion, Ann-Marie O’Sullivan, Global President, IPREX, said, “Welcoming new partners of this caliber strengthens our presence in important markets and adds depth to the expertise our partners can draw on. Each agency brings strong leadership, a willingness to collaborate and a clear point of view about how to grow. That is what keeps our network strong.”

The latest additions further enhance the breadth of capabilities available across the IPREX network, creating new opportunities for cross-border collaboration and service specialization. Alexandra Mayhew, Executive Director, IPREX, noted that the expansion reflects deeper engagement among partner agencies.

She said, “Partners are coming together in more focused ways, particularly around specialized services that help them pursue larger or more complex opportunities. These agencies expand what the network can offer and strengthen the way partners support one another. This momentum reflects the clearer, more intentional structure we have built this year and positions us well for 2026.”

IPREX also recorded a surge in recruitment enquiries throughout 2025, signalling growing interest from agencies seeking a global network that prioritises leadership development alongside business growth. The network’s people-first approach, supported by structured development and leadership initiatives, continues to differentiate IPREX and deliver tangible value for agencies of varying scales.

With an expanded presence across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, IPREX enters 2026 with a strengthened global footprint and a more connected, collaborative partner ecosystem.
