Kalyan Jewellers, which is gearing up to launch its 200th showroom in Jammu this August, released a film ahead of Independence Day featuring actor Regina Cassandra.
Cassandra plays the bride in fine jewellery in the film that opens at her wedding. Soon after the ceremony, a call is received asking the (army) Captain to report to duty. The groom packs the uniforms while hugging his newly wed wife. As they exit the house, it is revealed that the bride is the Captain who has been called in. The film ends wishing viewers a Happy Independence Day.
A statement revealed that the company has announced discounts and a raffle draw to commemorate its 200th store opening.
