Mumbai: Balaji Telefilms Ltd. has appointed Kavvya Bharathi as the National Head – Brand Revenues & Partnerships. With over 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, Bharathi is poised to bring her extensive expertise to the role, driving growth and strategic collaborations for the company.

Before joining Balaji Telefilms, Bharathi served as Vice President – AVOD & Strategy at ARHA Media & Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in shaping business strategies and revenue growth for more than three years. Her tenure at ARHA was marked by her success in brand strategy development, integrated marketing initiatives, and optimizing profits.

Bharathi also brings significant experience from her decade-long association with Hello FM 106.4, where she held senior leadership roles, including AVP – National Business Development and Regional Head – Sales (North & East). During this period, she spearheaded market expansion, driving an impressive 65% revenue growth within her first year in leadership.

Her appointment marks a strategic step for Balaji Telefilms, as she is set to enhance brand revenues, foster new partnerships, and contribute to the company’s continued success in the broadcasting and digital media landscape.
