Mumbai: Kenvue in India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Shivajyoti Dash as Head of Customer Development for its India business. He will join the India Leadership Team and lead the company’s efforts to scale growth across the country’s evolving retail landscape.
Kenvue, known for its portfolio of iconic brands including Neutrogena, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno and Stayfree, continues to sharpen its market execution as it expands its presence across India.
In his new role, Shivajyoti will be responsible for scaling Kenvue’s brands across India’s diverse retail environment while building fit-for-purpose go-to-market (GTM) models to capture growth momentum in new and emerging markets and retail channels.
Dash joins Kenvue from Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he served as Head of Commercial Excellence for India. In that role, he led large-scale GTM optimisation and sales force effectiveness initiatives across 40 business units and a 10,000-strong field force.
A seasoned consumer goods professional, Shivajyoti brings extensive experience across sales, customer marketing, e-commerce and commercial transformation. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Marico, Mondelez India and ITC Limited, in addition to Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
He has successfully launched and scaled flagship brands, driven business transformations, led turnarounds, expanded market presence across traditional and emerging channels, and implemented GTM design and e-commerce 5Ps frameworks to drive commercial excellence.
Shivajyoti holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
With this appointment, Kenvue aims to further strengthen its execution capabilities in India, aligning its customer development strategy with evolving consumer behaviour and retail dynamics while accelerating growth across categories.
