Gurugram: KREEVA, the real estate arm of the Kanodia Group, has announced the appointment of Ankur Balendu Dwivedi as Senior Vice President & Head – Sales. With over two decades of extensive experience in India’s real estate industry, Ankur brings a proven record of driving sales growth, revenue, and profitability across diverse real estate portfolios.
A seasoned leader, Ankur has led large sales teams and managed high-value luxury and commercial real estate projects, crafting high-impact sales strategies and building robust channel networks. In his new role, he will oversee KREEVA’s sales strategy and operations across key markets, focusing on channel development, customer engagement, and sustained revenue growth as the company accelerates its expansion.

Before joining KREEVA, Ankur held senior leadership roles at leading developers including BPTP Ltd., Emaar India, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Bestech, and Anant Raj, where he spearheaded regional sales and achieved remarkable growth milestones. Notably, in his recent role as Head of Sales at BPTP, he surpassed annual sales targets, delivering ₹3,500 crore in revenue in FY 2024–25.
