Chandrasekhar, former Civil Servant, Technocrat, Tech Policy & Regulatory Affairs expert has joined the firm’s leadership team. He will lead the Digital & Cyber Practice. With his 32 years of rich and multi-sectoral experience, he will be adding significant depth to K&S portfolio of market leading services.

Chandrasekhar brings extensive experience in areas of law, policy, regulatory affairs, and service delivery, notably in the development and management of future-focussed strategic opportunities. He has been responsible for driving large scale capital projects including the hugely successful rollout of Government of India’s Passport Seva Project. He has over the years built a strong reputation for building organisational capabilities, enabling large digital transformation projects in management, consulting and executive roles.
Till recently, Chandrasekhar was the Group Director Government Affairs for Microsoft India and his role involved driving technology and public policy related initiatives for Microsoft. He has also held key technology leadership roles at TCS, IBM and HCL. Prior to joining the Technology majors, he was a Civil Servant with the Government of India and has held a diplomatic position in Singapore. He has been on various technology focussed committees and is a regular speaker at various forums on tech policy issues.
