Mumbai: Health-tech major Practo has appointed Kunal Dubey as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Brand and Content, as part of its efforts to strengthen its brand leadership and expand its global marketing strategy.
Bringing over two decades of experience, Dubey joins Practo from Wakefit, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer, driving revenue growth and leading standout campaigns such as #Gaddagiri. Prior to that, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Cleartrip (part of the Flipkart Group), where he spearheaded the brand’s repositioning and architecture revamp post-acquisition.
Throughout his career, Dubey has held key roles at leading organisations including Vedantu, PhonePe, dentsu India Slingshot, Flipkart, eBay India, Reliance Communications, and McDonald’s.
At PhonePe, he led business marketing and media strategy; at Flipkart, he was part of the core team behind The Big Billion Days campaign — one of India’s most successful e-commerce marketing initiatives. Earlier at eBay India, he contributed to early brand transformation efforts during the formative phase of India’s digital commerce landscape.
Dubey’s appointment marks a strategic move by Practo to deepen its consumer engagement and strengthen brand storytelling as it continues to innovate at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
