Mumbai: Lenexis Foodworks, a Desi Chinese QSR platform with 260+ stores and the parent company of Chinese Wok, Big Bowl, and The Momo Co., has announced the appointment of Arvind R P as Chief Executive Officer. Arvind brings over 25 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and auto, with a proven track record in P&L leadership, brand transformation, and building digital-led growth engines.
Prior to joining Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind served as Chief Business Officer (South) at McDonald’s India, where he played a key role in driving business growth and strengthening brand strategy. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale initiatives spanning brand building, category innovation, full-funnel digital transformation, and developing high-performance teams.
At Lenexis Foodworks, Arvind will lead the company’s next phase of accelerated growth — scaling its portfolio brands, strengthening operational excellence, and building a future-ready organisation. The appointment comes as the company intensifies its expansion across Geographies, targeting 500 stores by 2028 and deepens category leadership in Desi Chinese, bowl-format dining, and the fast-growing momo segment.
