Mumbai: LIC Housing Finance (LIC HFL) has launched a new brand campaign to commemorate its 36th Foundation Day, celebrating over three decades of helping Indians fulfil their dream of homeownership. The heartwarming campaign, titled “Apna Ghar… toh apna hi hota hai,” reflects the emotional joy and personal freedom that come with owning a home.
The campaign film showcases a montage of relatable, everyday moments inside homes across India—from birthday celebrations and wall doodles to DIY photo-hanging and couple-led home makeovers. With vignettes from Mumbai, Chandigarh, Chennai, and Kolkata, the film brings alive how a home is more than just a space; it’s a canvas of memories, freedom, and self-expression.

As part of the campaign’s digital engagement, LIC HFL has also introduced an interactive Digital Name Plate Generator, allowing users to visualize their name on a home’s nameplate—symbolizing the pride of owning a home and making that dream feel real.
