Chennai: The Maddy’s Awards 2024, organized by the Madras Advertising Club, was recently held in Chennai, celebrating outstanding talent in the advertising industry. The prestigious event was attended by professionals from advertising agencies, industry experts, and media representatives.
This year, the awards saw an overwhelming response with more than a thousand applications submitted across 98 categories. Among the distinguished winners, Puthiya Thalaimurai TV earned a bronze award in the Media & Entertainment, Promos – Non-Fiction category.
Notably, in 2023, Puthiya Thalaimurai made history by becoming the first Tamil news channel to reach 1 crore subscribers on Youtube. Puthiya Thalaimurai’s marketing team won the Advertising Club Award for their promotional video released in celebration of this achievement.
