Mumbai : Ajit Varghese, Regional CEO Maxus Asia-Pacific, has announced the joining of Kishan Kumar M S as Maxus Vietnam Managing Director.
Kishan joins as replacement to Rose Huskey (who joined the Maxus APAC team as Client Leadership Head for the region). Kishan comes in on the back of an excellent track record in Maxus India Bangalore Office and was handling key accounts like Titan Company Ltd, Tata Global Beverages and also leading the Maxus Kerala & Hyderabad operations.

An alumnus of Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad, Kishan has 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, trading, new media and talent management. In his various roles at Maxus India, he was instrumental in creating business-impacting work for many blue-chip clients like Titan Company, Britannia, Tata Global Beverages, Google India, Wipro Consumer Care etc. He was also part of one of the most awarded teams in Maxus with 100+ national & international awards including 3 Cannes shortlists, 2 Festival of Media Global Golds, WPP Crème- De-La-Creme, Mashable Global, Spikes Asia, Festival of Media Asia, WARC Prize shortlist, Grand Emvies, Goafest & Big Bang.
He has been a part of the Maxus India Management Committee since 2014; also a part of the GroupM Aspire training community since 2008.
Kishan’s new role will allow him to work with Jacob Kvist, CEO GroupM Vietnam and will be leading the digital transformation for clients in the market, bringing the power of GroupM capabilities in driving the change in thinking, media product and doing it in the most efficient & effective way. Maxus increasingly is looking at driving “planning of consumer actions” as its central vision by bring the voice of consumer central to its business and meshing together the data and content skills Commenting on his appointment, Kishan said, “Vietnam is a true reflection of today’s fast changing media & consumer landscape.
