New Delhi : India’s largest digital lifestyle destination for men, MensXP, has announced the winners of the inaugural Icons of Newhood Awards 2019. The winners were formally unveiled at an exciting gala night at The LaLiT, New Delhi, on 4th May 2019, featuring exciting musical performances, installations, comedians and a networking party like no other.
The awards night, a celebration of maverick Indian entrepreneurs, saw some of the most successful and inspiring figures from across the country receive awards across 7 categories. Bombay Shaving Company Co-Founder & CEO Shantanu Deshpande won the ‘Aspirational Icon of Newhood’ award, LGBTQ activist Keshav Suri took home the ‘Culture Icon of Newhood’ title, Sohrab Sitaram of Keventers collected the coveted ‘Inspirational Icon of Newhood’ award, Kama Ayurveda CEO Vivek Sahni clinched the ‘Brand Experience Icon of Newhood’ title and Chaayos Co-founders Nitin Saluja & Raghav Verma won ‘Disruptive Icon of Newhood’. Lastly, Internet sensation and one of the country’s most popular YouTube artists Bhuvan Bam won ‘Social Media Icon of Newhood’ and the biggest award of the night, ‘The Icon of Newhood’.
