With an impressive 93% employee participation rate, the Happiness Dialogue survey showcased exceptional scores in key areas such as Gratitude, Courage, Acknowledgement, and Potential. These results highlight a deeply positive workplace environment where employees feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to grow.

Vikas Joshi, Managing Director of Mid-Day Infomedia, emphasized how this achievement reinforces the organization’s belief in people-first leadership. “This certification is a testament to how a positive work environment fuels creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
