Mumbai: VML India has promoted Milan Nakrani to the role of Head of Media. He previously served as Assistant GM – Media.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Nakrani wrote: “Excited to partner with our teams and clients in shaping the next phase of growth and innovation.”
With over 14 years of experience in digital media, Nakrani has transitioned from managing campaigns hands-on to leading integrated media strategy and team leadership. In his bio, he highlighted his focus on adaptability, curiosity, and helping brands connect with consumers through impactful media solutions.
He added that he thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, translating insights into strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. As a leader, his priorities include building future-ready media ecosystems, mentoring teams, and fostering collaboration to drive both immediate performance and long-term brand growth.
Looking ahead, Nakrani is keen on exploring emerging opportunities in Connected TV, influencer ecosystems, and eCommerce media, to craft innovative, ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at Mirum, a WPP company, before moving to VML.
