New Delhi: MSM Grad, part of global education and student mobility platform MSM Unify, has announced the appointment of Nitish Bharadwaj as Vice President of MSM Grad, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation enters its next phase of scalable and profitable growth.
Nitish Bharadwaj is a seasoned business and growth leader with over a decade of experience in business transformation, revenue scaling and global expansion within the EdTech and professional education ecosystem. He brings deep expertise in building high-performance organizations, driving sustainable profitability and scaling businesses across highly competitive markets.
Prior to joining MSM Grad, Nitish held senior leadership roles at Planet Spark, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from early stages to ₹150 crore ARR, delivering ₹300 crore+ in cumulative revenue and leading and mentoring large, high-performance teams of over 350 professionals. His experience spans end-to-end P&L ownership, revenue optimization, market expansion and the creation of data-driven sales, forecasting and performance frameworks that consistently delivered strong year-on-year growth.
