Bengaluru: Myntra has announced the appointment of Pramod Adiddam as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), further strengthening its senior leadership team. In his new role, Pramod will lead Myntra’s overall technology strategy, focusing on innovation, long-term platform elasticity, and enhancing technical capabilities to support the company’s scale and growth momentum.
His appointment signals a continued emphasis on deepening Myntra’s technology leadership as the platform evolves and expands. Pramod will be responsible for driving engineering excellence and ensuring the robustness of Myntra’s technology ecosystem to deliver seamless experiences to millions of users.
A seasoned technology leader, Pramod brings more than two decades of experience in building and operating large-scale consumer-facing platforms. His background includes architecting complex commerce systems, including agentic models, scaling multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines, and spearheading product innovation for key consumer segments. Before joining Myntra, he held senior leadership roles at Google and Instacart (headquartered in San Francisco), where he led global engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion, and product innovation. His leadership approach aligns closely with Myntra’s culture of strong engineering ownership and long-term thinking.

In his role, Pramod will report directly to Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha.
His addition to the leadership team follows the recent appointment of Ritesh Mishra as Senior Vice President & Head of Category and Revenue, underscoring Myntra’s continued investment in strengthening its organisational capabilities across key growth functions.
