NARRATIF enters India as Influencer Strategy Consultancy and Enterprise Creator Intelligence Platform

Mumbai: As India’s influencer marketing ecosystem enters its next phase of maturity, NARRATIF has officially launched as the country’s first Influencer Strategy Consultancy and Enterprise Creator Intelligence Platform, aiming to transform how brands build, govern and scale influence.

Co-founded by Rushabh Deena Shah and Sarvesh Singh, Narratif is founded on the belief that influence is engineered, not accidental. The company seeks to move brands away from fragmented, campaign-led influencer marketing towards long-term, narrative-led creator ecosystems powered by strategy, data and foresight.

“Influencer marketing has grown faster than the systems managing it,” said the founding team at Narratif. “Brands today spend heavily on creators but lack governance, consistency, and long-term strategic control. Narratif exists to change that, by helping brands own their narrative.”

Despite rapid growth, influencer marketing in India continues to face structural challenges, including inconsistent creative output, fragmented performance insights, short-lived creator relationships and over-reliance on multiple execution partners. Narratif positions itself not as another influencer agency, but as a strategic and technological backbone designed to bring clarity and accountability to creator marketing.

At the core of Narratif’s offering is a proprietary triple-engine model that integrates strategy, creative intelligence and enterprise governance into a single, scalable system. Together, these engines form a self-reinforcing framework that enables brands to transition from ad-hoc influencer activity to predictable, measurable and strategically governed influence.

The platform is built for enterprise-scale organisations across sectors including FMCG, beauty, D2C, retail, e-commerce, fintech, electronics, OTT and travel—categories where influencer marketing operates at scale and requires governance across markets, agencies and platforms. As CMOs increasingly demand transparency, predictability and long-term value, Narratif aims to deliver structure and intelligence to influencer investments.

Positioning itself as a new category rather than a traditional agency, Narratif draws parallels with global enterprise creator platforms while adopting an India-first approach tailored to the country’s scale, diversity and unique creator dynamics.

“We are not building another influencer agency,” the team added. “We are building the systems, intelligence, and strategic thinking that will define the next decade of influence in India and beyond.”

Looking ahead, Narratif plans to partner with leading Indian consumer brands and collaborate closely with execution agencies, while exploring regional expansion into the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company’s long-term ambition is to become the strategic and technological backbone of the creator economy, shaping the future of influence at scale.
