Netcore Cloud enhances Generative AI with Google Cloud

Mumbai: Netcore Cloud, a MarTech and customer engagement solution platform, has announced the expansion of its partnership with Google Cloud to enhance its product discovery, AI-powered search, merchandising, and customer engagement marketing platforms. Leveraging Google Cloud’s cutting-edge generative AI technologies, Netcore aims to empower brands with hyper-personalized experiences that will drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Historically, product discovery and marketing platforms have relied heavily on zero- and first-party data to deliver 1:1 personalization and targeted communications. By integrating Google Cloud’s data analytics and generative AI capabilities with Netcore’s expertise across sectors such as ecommerce, banking, finance, securities, insurance, and travel, the collaboration will create solutions that maximize value at every brand touchpoint and enhance the overall customer experience.

The collaboration is set to deliver several key benefits for brands:

  • Seamless Integrations: Google Cloud’s generative AI technologies will integrate smoothly with Netcore’s platform, enhancing usability and efficiency for brand marketers.
  • Advanced AI Infrastructure: By leveraging Google Cloud’s Gemini models and Vertex AI platform, Netcore will enable advanced personalization across multiple channels, deepening data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Deeper Data Insights: With tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Ads Data Hub, the partnership will unlock enriched customer intent data, enabling sentiment analysis for product catalogs and providing deeper insights into consumer needs.
  • Optimized Search and Recommendations: Google Cloud’s enterprise search tools will help Netcore improve search relevance and product recommendations, handling complex, long-tail queries with precision.
  • Conversation Agents: Generative AI-powered interfaces, built on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform and Gemini models, will streamline customer journeys, improving conversion rates by guiding customers to their desired products with minimal touchpoints.

The partnership also boosts Netcore Cloud’s Co-Marketer platform, which provides powerful scenario planning tools to forecast key metrics like purchase frequency, average order value (AOV), and replenishment cycles. Additionally, the platform will provide valuable insights into online and offline behavior, enabling brands to build seamless omnichannel strategies that enhance engagement across every marketing touchpoint.
