Bengaluru: Saral Jeevan, the new first of its kind infotainment channel in Kannada television space is set to go on air from 19th February 2016.
Saral Jeevan Channel will telecasts programs with focus on mythology, history and insights from Indian heritage and culture.
With the objective of highlighting and infusing inherited value system and taking along the present generation through the importance of Indian cultural practices and their values, Saral Jeevan’s content consists of Mythology, Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu as science and insights from Indian Heritage, culture & history. Information from the past is presented as infotainment.

Mahapayana (Mon-Sat. 9pm):
The epic journey of Lord Rama, the program captures the importance of places, where Lord Rama had walked through in Thretha Yuga. USP of the program is capturing the journey by using Kshethra Purana instead of Pathra Purana. The programme takes viewers through the journey from Ayodhya to Srilanka.
Manakulada Olathigagi (Betterment of Mankind): Mon-Sun. 8pm:
The LIVE Program with renowned Vastu expert, Dr. Chandrasekhar Guruji. Objective of this program is to reach millions of Kannadigas to solve their issues through Vastu. The programmes dedicates each day to one area like Sarala Krushi (Agriculture); Sarala Shikshana (Education); Sarala Naukri (Profession); Sarala Sambandh (Relationships); Sarala Arogya (Health); Sarala Mane (Home); Sarala Sampath (Wealth).
Jnanapada (Mon – Sat. 7pm & 10.30pm):
A compilation of highly motivating & inspiring folk songs of Kannada, which are humming tunes for decades. The program brings together who is who of the singers on one stage. 1st time such a program on Kannada TV. Each episode is centred on a theme, with a presentation of original singer & relevant imagery to deliver assured emotional quotient.

A biography on historical legends that include kings, warriors and freedom fighters. Insightful stories of kings, the war strategies, the diehard spirit and more are presented with relevant footage, graphics and maps.
Sadhuparampara: Mon – Sat. 10pm
The Himalayan Yogis have many faces in the spiritual sub continent. Aghoras, Nagababas, Bairagi, Anandmargi. Each group has its own characteristics and significance. Sadhuparampara decodes the mystery behind the extreme tribes.
Mannina Maga : Mon – Sat. 7.30pm
Dedicated to the son of the soil, the farmer who feed the nation. The program is a helping hand, a friend in need to the humble farmer. Presenting information & knowledge for planned and effective agriculture leading to better productivity.
Ajjihelida Kathe (The grandmother storybook): Mon – Sat. 6.15pm & Sun – 1pm.
Insightful moral story series like Zen stories, Akbar-Birbal and more. Story telling with 100% animations and graphics support; live caricatures assure to bring back the magic of great moral stories on TV. 1st such experiment by a South Indian Channel, sure to be loved by the children of all age groups!
Punyakshethra: Mon-Sat. 6.30pm
Program series on famous places of spiritual & historical significance. A walkthrough so detailed that the viewers get an experience of `been there – seen that’. Program also gives travel information. Other important programs include Sakhi & Achara Vichara: the afternoon programs focusing on women; Arogya Yoga & Jatakaphala.
